Membership

Membership in the Association shall be limited to those persons owning property on Thomas Pond or those persons with a right-of-way to Thomas Pond. Thomas Pond shall consist of the main contiguous pond, the outlet, and the river to the dam including those adjacent to the culvert.

Benefits
• Contribute to the protection of Thomas Pond and the Dam
• Support management of the Dam to control water flows and water levels
• Support monitoring and reporting of lake water quality
• Vote on issues brought to the Members
• Eligibility to serve on the Board or as a Board Alternate

Dues
Membership dues for 2023 are $25. Larger contributions are most appreciated and help support the health of the lake, management of the Dam, and other TPIA activities.
