Challenge to TPIA Management

Beginning in 2022 a handful of residents owning property with access rights to Thomas Pond have aggressively challenged TPIA's management of itself and the Thomas Pond dam, primarily through letters sent by lawyers.  They have made numerous assertions, allegations, and demands to which TPIA or DEP hasve responded.  Since management of the organization impacts all Members, we've listed their letters to us and DEP, as well as our and DEP's responses to them.

We urge all members to review this material and form your own opinion.
