2025 Special Meeting of the Members of the
Thomas Pond Improvement Association

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Thomas Pond Improvement Association By-Laws, adequate notice being given, a Special Meeting of the Membership was held at the
Raymond Broadcast Studio
423 Webbs Mills Road
January 23, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.

The purpose of the meeting was for a quorum of Members to vote to approve a proposal to authorize the TPIA Board of Directors to expend up to $50,000 in funds to make repairs and improvements to the Dam.

A quorum was present at the meeting or provided signed proxies to Members present at the meeting. Therefore a vote was held and the motion to approve funds to repair the dam passed.
