2025 Special Meeting of the Members of the
Thomas Pond Improvement Association

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Thomas Pond Improvement Association By-Laws, notice is hereby given for a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held at the
Raymond Broadcast Studio
423 Webbs Mills Road
January 23, 2025 at 7:00 P.M.

The purpose of the meeting is for a quorum of Members to vote to approve a proposal to authorize the TPIA Board of Directors to expend up to $50,000 in funds to make repairs and improvements to the Dam.

TPIA plans to have the meeting available via the town of Raymond's Zoom facility.  Click here for the link.  

Members may only vote in person or via proxy given to a Member attending the Special Meeting in person.
