Challenge to TPIA’s Management
Beginning in 2022 a handful of residents owning property with access rights to Thomas Pond have given a Power of Attorney (POA) to Steve Hazen. While Mr. Hazen does not own any property on Thomas Pond he has used these POA’s to aggressively challenge TPIA’s management of itself and the Thomas Pond dam, primarily through letters sent by lawyers.
Numerous assertions, allegations, and demands have been made, to which TPIA and/or DEP have responded. Since management of the organization impacts all Members, we’ve listed their letters to us and DEP, as well as our and DEP’s responses to them.
We encourage everyone to form your own opinion.
